Pre arrival service will also be handle in order for a smooth arrival with no incident.

Customer support

We put top priority to ensure the guests have the best experience staying with us. Happy customer is likely to return to the property and recommend their friends. We ensure the highest quality in the guest stay by 24/7 customer service who are ready to solve any issue at a timely manner.

Bills payment

We collect and handle all bills on behalf of the landlord and reminder any outstanding bills that need to be handle.

With google analytics we are able to reach a wide range of audience and narrowed down the best match inquiry that will give us a higher chance of convertion. Along with our monthly mailing list to our database clients and a strong social media presence which will give us consistent flow of leads that could potentially be converted to bookings.

Lead generation

Check-in & out service

Our customer relation starts as soon as we get the request up until the guest vacate the property. We handle all check in and check out service which includes, greeting the guest at the door, explaining any house rules and collecting refundable security deposit. When the guest has vacate the property we will do a thorough check that the property did not receive any damage and check inventory that all furniture and items are not missing or broken.

Finance report

We are very transparent, landlord will get monthly financing report showing all details regarding rent income, lead source and etc that the landlord can have full knowledge of how the property is being operated.
